Resize Images by Pixels

When Maintain aspect ratio is enabled, the image is fitted within the requested dimensions while preserving its original proportions.
Resize Images by Percentage
Percentage resizing is useful when you want to make an image smaller or larger relative to its original dimensions. For example, 50% creates an image that is half the original width and height.
Do Not Enlarge Smaller Images
Enable the Do not enlarge if smaller option when you only want to reduce image dimensions. Smaller images will not be unnecessarily enlarged.
